Prepared customize-lip files for WS1314 image

Moved no-bootloader-icon .desktop file to initrd s.t. it is no longer installed
Adapted patches to 12.04.3 (raring hw)
Added customized wallpaper
Fixed initrd s.t. it can boot from exactly one fs (not tested)
