RHEL compatibility and OpenSMTPD relay role

This contains both changes to support RHEL-based hosts as well as a new role with a relay MTA using OpenSMTPD. This is especially required for RHEL hosts, as nullmailer is not packaged there, but we now switched to OpenSMTPD as well on Debian hosts.
