ReplyTo setzen
Das Protokollsystem sollte beim versenden von Mails sinnvolle ReplyTo-Adressen setzen (z.B. die der Liste, an die es die Mail verschickt, da protokolle@ als Absender nicht als Antwortadresse gedacht ist. Das vermeidet dann Vorfälle wie folgenden:

Wir haben Ihre Anfrage betreffend "Your message to Protokolle awaits moderator approval" erhalten und werden diese schnellstmöglich beantworten. Im unteren Teil dieser Antwort finden Sie einen Auszug Ihrer Anfrage.
